Who we are

Led by Delphine Munro, a senior cultural strategist with over 30 years of experience, Serendipity Art Consultancy is a bespoke art advisory and cultural strategy practice. We help private collectors, corporations, institutions and foundations transform encounters with art into collections, commissions, residencies, exhibitions and cultural programmes with purpose.

Drawing on more than thirty years of curatorial leadership, institutional collecting, cultural diplomacy and board-level governance, the consultancy designs projects that connect artistic excellence with social, environmental and civic engagement.

Chance encounters, serendipitous meetings and unexpected ideas can become the starting point for a coherent cultural project. We bring the structure, strategy and networks needed to turn that spark into a thoughtful artistic legacy.

How it works
